Spaghetti Pie

Cook about 6 oz of spaghetti (can use thin spaghetti)

3 Tablespoons Olive Oil or Butter (I like Bertolli Extra Light Olive Oil)

2 Eggs, well beaten

1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese or

3 Tablespoons of Pesto Dip Mix or White Cheddar Cheese Powder

Salt & Pepper to Taste

Toss cooked spaghetti with olive oil or butter, stir in eggs (note if spaghetti is

still hot then you may have to add a small amount of spaghetti to the eggs to

warm them up or they will cook and form into pieces). Stir in Parmesan, or

Pesto Dip Mix or Cheddar Cheese Powder. Pour into 10 inch pie plate and form

into a crust.

Spread 1 Cup of Ricotta cheese into the center of the pie. Top with your

choice of spaghetti sauce. Top with Mozzarella cheese and pepperoni.

Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 25 minutes or until the cheese

is browned. Do not cover. Remove from oven and let stand 10 minutes.
